Customers are responsible for arranging shipment and purchasing their own return shipping label.
Customers are also responsible for any brokerage fees that may or may not apply if return shipment needs to cross Canada/USA borders. (This usually only applies for oversized shipments, otherwise there is no brokerage fees)

We accept free order cancellations for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase. Simply send us an email at support@laurieyappdesign.com
We care deeply about your experience. Please inspect your order upon delivery — if anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

If you’re ever unsure whether your purchase is final sale, please don’t hesitate to ask us before ordering — we’re always happy to clarify.
If you’d like a different item, please return your original (if eligible). Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm whether it’s been approved. Approved refunds (less the 25% restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
