    Return Policy

    Return Window

    You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

    Return Eligibility

    To be eligible, the item must be:

    • In the same condition you received it (unused/undamaged)
    • With tags attached
    • In the original packaging
    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

    A 25% restocking fee applies to all items that are approved for return.

    How to Start a Return

    Email support@laurieyappdesign.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll provide the appropriate return address.

    You are responsible for arranging the shipment and purchasing your own return shipping label.

    Cancellations

    We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.

    Damages & Issues

    Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and make it right.


    Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

    These items cannot be returned:

    • Custom-made & final-sale products: Most items in our Artwork collections (Artwork, Artwork Bundles, Polyptych Artwork, and Rug Artwork) are made to order and are final sale (no returns or exchanges).
    • Samples: All samples and rug samples are final sale.
    • Sale items & gift cards: Not eligible for return.

    If you’re unsure whether your purchase is final sale, please contact us before ordering—we’re happy to help.


    Exchanges

    If you need a different item, please return the original (if eligible). Once the return is accepted, place a separate purchase for the new item.


    Refunds

    We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect your return to confirm approval. If approved, a refund (less the 25% restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
