Cancellations:
We accept cancellations and will refund you a store credit within 24 hours.
Damaged Goods:
If something arrives and it's not quite what you expected, or if it's damaged, please give our friendly customer service team a shout within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will absolutely assess the situation and work with you to find a solution (store credit, refund, etc)!
