Shipping is Free on all orders.
We presently ship to USA and Canada.
Most orders deliver within 1-5 weeks. If your product will take longer to deliver due to high demand or varying stock levels, you will be contacted.
You can add an item to your cart and you will see estimated delivery times next to the product.
Rest assured that our team is taking care of it to make sure every customer receives their item as soon as possible.
Shipping tracking numbers will be attached to every item that is shipped as soon as we acquire the tracking number on our end.
Items will be delivered to the customer's doorstep, often requiring signature. If there are any issues or changes made to any shipment the customer will be communicated with.
We work hard to ensure that all of the products that you see at Laurie Yapp Home are in stock and available for purchase from our customers.
It can occur, however, that an item may be out of stock and still listed on our shop. If this is the case and a customer purchases it, we will contact you and find a solution, including either refunding you or finding an alternative product to meet your needs.
As we grow as a company, shipping specifications and features will be changed or refined. This will include white glove delivery and other features.
