    We work closely with partners to present products accurately, communicate availability transparently, and support sustainable long-term growth on both sides.

    Partners must:

    • Maintain consistent product quality
    • Provide reliable fulfillment and communication
    • Supply accurate product and availability information

    Partner Operations and Expectations

    Approved partners participate in a structured onboarding process and receive our Partner Guidelines, which outline merchandising, order handling, and fulfillment standards.

    These guidelines include expectations around:

    • lead time reliability
    • order confirmation timelines
    • inventory and availability accuracy
    • packaging and shipping performance
    • communication responsiveness

    Our goal is not rigid enforcement, but predictable service for customers and fair representation of each brand. Consistent operational performance allows us to confidently promote partners and maintain accurate delivery expectations.

    Agreements

    All approved partners enter into a formal Partner Agreement prior to listing products. The agreement defines commercial terms as well as operational standards designed to ensure a consistent customer experience across the store.

    Detailed operational policies are shared privately during onboarding.

    Apply

    Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Approved partners receive onboarding materials, merchandising guidelines, and direct setup support.
